TRB has developed a specific range of refractory products based on silicon carbide (SiC) for the incineration market. With our know-how in terms of engineering, we are able to offer our customers full solutions: study, supplies and implementation of products. Our precast solutions or ECOFIB HCT (SiC based product) allow us to propose innovative solutions (lintels) to optimize the lifetime of refractories for our customers’ equipment.
Our HTC (High Thermal Conductivity) range: low and ultra-low cement castables and precast shapes meet the specific requirements of incinerators:

• The resistance to alkali corrosion due in particular to the condensation of the potassium vapors which react with the refractory to form potassium silicoaluminates (expansive phases leading to flaking of the materials).
