Refractory castables
The refractory branch also offers a full range of refractory castables for the numerous applications of the blast furnace. This includes :
• the protective gunning of the shaft
• the lining of the different taphole runners
• the lining for trough covers
Thanks to a proven service organization, our branch is committed to overall service contracts regarding the trust of our clients: becoming the sole contact person for the exploitation of refractories. The refractory branch establishes for each site a program of continuous improvement regarding the performance of the installations.
Taphole clay
With more than 50 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of taphole clays, the line has a wide range of eco friendly products to meet customers' technical specifications for blast furnaces ranging from 3000 T to 13000 T of molten pig iron production per day.
Our expertise has been recognized internationally and helped the branch to be present on all 5 continents.
