COKERY

TRB offers precast shape solutions for coke oven doors to facilitate the implementation and to ensure the longevity of coke oven doors. The blocks are manufactured in our workshops with low and ultra-low cement castable (amorphous silica or chamotte based). Castables are resistant to thermal shocks and CO. The low open porosity of our castables decreases the carbon impregnation. It is also possible to manufacture Ecofib plates for certain door designs.
