TRB, expert in innovation
Tomorrow's solutions are already here
A forerunner in instrumentation technologies for blast furnace lining products, TRB continues to innovate in product monitoring, an essential component of its business.
Designed to operate in temperatures ranging from 500°C to 1,200°C, our instrumentation solutions are designed to guarantee your production equipment the best possible yield performance, while also ensuring the safety of your employees. Today, new temperature measurement solutions have been extended to other production tools, such as heat treatment furnaces or blast furnace runner displacement measurements.
Our sensors help us to understand the wear and tear on components, enabling us to improve the performance of our products, both to make them last longer, and to ensure the safety of your equipment. Far from being limited to simple sensors, our solutions range from data acquisition (data acquisition unit or PLC) to data processing. This acquisition is linked to your supervision system and connected to a cloud. For example, our data acquisition units enable automatic data processing through the development of algorithms specific to production processes, and the implementation of alarms.
Optimization and safety of industrial operations
Other measurement solutions include assessment of the interior of blast furnace crucibles, ferroalloy furnaces and furnaces in operation. This measurement is carried out using an ultrasonic acoustic method. We also offer energy audits of industrial furnaces andanalysis of energy consumption. Other types of measurement are also possible to monitor the condition of refractory linings.
Finally, TRB provides you with infrared thermal camera surveillance systems to detect hot spots on the external metal structure of furnaces, to guarantee the safety of your personnel and your facilities.
Whatever your business, we can develop instrumentation solutions tailored to the specific requirements of your industrial site or facilities, in France or abroad (with direct connection via routers), and in compliance with current international standards.
Meeting tomorrow's challenges
A forerunner in innovation in the refractory market, TRB is already anticipating economic and social trends, environmental issues and the limitation of resources and raw materials, by constantly developing innovative solutions; for example, by incorporating up to 15% recycled materials in the design of new products.
